Esta notificaci\u00f3n es obligatoria solo si el accidente result\u00f3 en <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/mylawyermark.com\/es\/lesiones-catastroficas\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">lesiones graves<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> o en la p\u00e9rdida de vidas humanas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para conductores de transporte p\u00fablico, como taxis o veh\u00edculos de transporte colectivo, el plazo para presentar el informe de accidente es diferente.
