Se tratan de p\u00e9rdidas con un valor material concreto. Este tipo de da\u00f1os son bastante espec\u00edficos y m\u00e1s f\u00e1ciles de calcular y cuantificar que los da\u00f1os no econ\u00f3micos. Los <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">accidentes y lesiones personales<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> los calculan sumando todos los gastos verificables relacionados con el accidente. Por \u2018gasto verificable\u2019 entendemos elementos como facturas, recibos, transferencias bancarias y otros pagos que hayas hecho para cubrir gastos relacionados al accidente. Por eso es importante que guardes y tengas en orden todos los comprobantes y documentaci\u00f3n relacionada con el accidente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un ejemplo de c\u00f3mo se calcular\u00edan los da\u00f1os econ\u00f3micos es el siguiente: tuviste un accidente de auto y sufriste una lesi\u00f3n. La hospitalizaci\u00f3n y la cirug\u00eda para recuperarte costaron $25.000 d\u00f3lares. Tambi\u00e9n necesitaste un a\u00f1o de fisioterapia, con un costo de $5.000 d\u00f3lares. Reemplazar tu carro cost\u00f3 otros $5.000 d\u00f3lares. Por otro lado, perdiste seis meses de trabajo para poder recuperarte, lo que equivale a $15.000 en salarios perdidos. Sumando todo eso, tu da\u00f1o econ\u00f3mico total ser\u00eda de $50.000.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C\u00f3mo Probar los Da\u00f1os Econ\u00f3micos<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como mencionamos anteriormente, el que guardes y tengas en orden todas las facturas y comprobantes m\u00e9dicos y de cualquier otro gasto relacionado al accidente ayudan a comprobar tus da\u00f1os econ\u00f3micos. Una vez que contrates a tu abogado, comparte ese registro para que pueda comenzar a cuantificar tus da\u00f1os econ\u00f3micos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tambi\u00e9n se puede llegar a contar con el testimonio de m\u00e9dicos y otros profesionales a los que hayas asistido para recuperarte por tus lesiones.
